What is a credit?
One credit pays for one definite answer: an address confirmed deliverable or undeliverable. Duplicates are removed before checking, and accept-all, unknown and disposable results are free.
Do credits expire?
No. Packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and unused credits stay on your account.
Do you send emails to my contacts?
Never. We talk to the receiving mail server only up to the point where it confirms or rejects the mailbox, then disconnect. No message is ever delivered.
Do I pay for risky or unclear results?
No. Credits are reserved when you upload, and every result without a definite answer (accept-all, unknown, disposable) goes straight back to your balance.
What does accept-all mean?
Some domains accept mail for any address, real or not, so the mailbox can’t be confirmed. Most of these addresses are real, but send to them with care.
How long do you keep my lists?
Lists and results are deleted automatically after your plan’s retention period: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 60 days on Growth, 90 days on Pro, 180 days on Business, 365 days on Scale. You can delete any list sooner yourself.
Which file formats work?
CSV and plain text. Addresses are found in any column, so you can upload an export from your CRM or email tool as it is. Save Excel files as CSV first.
Is there an API?
Yes, from the Growth plan up. Create API keys in Settings and verify addresses straight from your sign-up forms or CRM.
